In general, bets on events cancelled before commencement will be refunded at stake. Bets on events that commence but are subsequently abandoned may be settled on result at the time of abandonment, or voided, depending on applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
mqwin reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per event, per day, or per Player. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and Player account status, and are displayed in the relevant sections of the Platform's sportsbook interface.

mqwin's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their mqwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or any other matter concerning your use of the mqwin Platform, you should contact mqwin's customer support team in the first instance. mqwin is committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and promptly.

mqwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mqwin will notify registered Players by means of a notice on the Platform, an email to the address registered on the Player's account, or both. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mqwin holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the processes described in Section 14.
